Simply its all abt priorities nothing else...toofan/koaa-anvt ko v priority dene se before time chalegi....lhb/icf rahe ya...wdm3/wdp4/wam4/wap7 rahe does not matter...atleast in present scenario
LHB does not make any difference. For every LHB train you can list out which you think gets priority, somebody else can list 2 LHB trains which don't get priority (e.g. Poorva, Mahabodhi). Priority depends on what each zone and RB wants to give to a train. If any zone wants to prioritize a train and discusses the same with all enroute zones, and prioritizing the train is logistically possible, it will probably happen, LHB or no-LHB.
That's all there is to it. Beyond this, you and I are just speculating while the railway officials are sleeping peacefully.
