Northeast Frontier Railways
In another initiative toward providing more passenger amenities in station, Addl. General Manager of Northeast Frontier Railway Shri Dayanand Jha inaugurated the renovated AC waiting room and 2nd class waiting room for passenger at the New Bongaigaon station in presence of the Divisional Railway Manager of Rangiya Division Shri Radhey Raman on 18th October, 2015. All the rooms are spacious enough for comfortable stay at the station before boarding train. The Circulating area of the New Bongaigaon station have also been concreted to ensure smooth passage of vehicular traffic, landscaping & Façade of Station Building have also been improved for pleasant stay.
