Hello,
Just want to ask what is the maximum time limit for IRCTC to process a TDR request?
I have one pending for 3months and 7 days, IRCTC still shows the status as "CR Registered" (same as when TDR was filed).

There is no mention about any Min & Max time limits of TDR processing in rules..
