Been AC Express & tagged Suvidha doesnt make the train run @ high AVG..as literally its to fill the gap of traveler unable to get CNF berth in regular trains!!
If slot exists r permit..train may get high AVG!!

But the thing is that if u pay a lot of fare then you also want a lot out of it... And btw look at its pathetic timetable...it reaches Delhi in midnight...who is going to board a train unless u have other options wich reaches its destination mid night...
U pay lot of Fare to get CNF Berth..seems u never paid agents, else u wouldnt been so pessimistic abt high charge-low service!!
Whts issue @ 22:10 ARR? There exist ICE/Shtabdi/M/E/SF whch arrive later to 22:10...just provided the Suvidha reach in-time!!
If u get other Fav options..u free to travel by the same!!
