By the way, this train is Magadh. Another train AVADH (19037/38, 19039/19040) does also have similar track record.
No, sir Avadh have not the similar record but Magadh is now terrible and have no time table. Normally 4-5 hours late departs from PNBE(not IPR) on 300 days of an year. Railway use only two rakes for this train while it arrives IPR on 1.55 PM and departs 4.10 pm as its schedule but a late running train how managed by its single rake. As 2391/2392 this train had a good track record when it was running from Patna. But after taken by NR this train lose its charm and now public says that stop this train. As 2391 this train departs from PNBE on 7.00 PM and arrives NDLS on 11.30 AM but now this train departs PNBE on 6.10 PM and arrives NDLS on 11.55 AM.

Kamal ji,
Not exactly Avadh is similar to Magadh. But yet, Avadh is also frequently getting delayed. On the Western Line in Mumbai, it is on the top of the Delayed-trains list.
