Khana-Pakur section is being upgraded to 110kmph. Yeah 60kg rails are installed in almost 90% of the route, but for 130kmph it needs to eliminate all Level Crossings + Curves, which is not possible now. An year ago, I read in a newspaper clipping of Dainik Jagran.
