I am a bit confused. If I go to Trains>Premium TATKAL>RJPB Rajdhani, it shows there are 34 tickets available on November 08 in AC3.
But when I try to book in the irctc website the status shown is W/L:319
Please guide me to the site where I can get confirmed tickets on that date.

I can see 34 available in IRCTC in General quota on Nov 8th from PNBE to NDLS.
