My self, Dr. Ati ullah, would like to bring to kind notice of incidence took place while I was travelling with my family to Delhi from Sirathu station on 24th Oct 2015.
I had to change the train from Kanpur central. Before reaching kanpur, I got SMS that my ticket (Kanpur to Delhi) for Shramshakti Express is not confirmed. Final status was waiting 1,2 & 3 in ACII. I approached CTI office, Kanpur at 11:00 PM for any arrangement of seats as there were three little children along with me....

I had requested Mr. Madan lal Msihra (TTE staff) to arrange the seats but they were asking money. When I asked allot the seat without any payment, they misbehaved me. They were also taking money to other commuters for the same. When I raise this issue and threatened for the complaint they started abusing me. And also started assaulting me physically when I opposed them. THEY HAVE ALSO MAKE HOSTAGE & BEATEN ME IN THEIR STAFF ROOM FOR 1 HOUR.
They released me when my wife reached there and start protesting. We have stayed in that night on station. and left for Delhi next morning by kalka mail. I have also lodged FIR at old Delhi Railway Station when I had reached.
I feel there should be some training ethical & inter-personal behavior of commercial staff like TTEs along with technical training.
