I don't know why they are not starting it but in my opinion, Mr. Suresh Prabhu is the most impartial RM India has ever got. He has never prioritized his region for vote bank politics as it has been the case with our ex RM's.
As far as the two new routes are concerned, I think Rajapur- Kolhapur line should be first built and the Miraj-Karad line should be given a green signal after looking at the response to this one.
As I have mentioned these are my views and may be wrong.
