Can wait list passenger board the train(sleeper class), if his friend has a confirm ticket but the thing is both pax have different PNR tickets..
So, would it create a problem..?
As I have heard about the rule that NER follows now a days about shooing the wait list passengers away from each reserved coach in 12555. Please clarify.

12555- WL ticket holders are not allowed.
12556- WL ticket holders are not touched..
