Increase the speed from KGP-BLS-BHC. This stretch can easily be done in 2.25 hrs.
Either try to speed up in many other stretches and make avg speed above 55kmph or else please degrade the train category to normal m/e, not superfast.

And bhowmick ji, already IR loot rahi hai SF charges lagake for those below 55kmph trains, and agar hum bhi usi tarah karenge toh soch kaise badlegi ?
