Add to it few trains coming in from Gujarat and dep PNVL between 21:30 - 23:00 hrs

At that time... UP route towards CST is given more priority and hence this train might run late....

Try to increase speed and give it a more early departure from Mumbai say 16:55 hrs ex LTT ..
