Yes, 30 Mins run-time could easily be reduced till BJU/CPR bt not more thn that!!
Reason: Single Track in between BJU-HJP while HJP-CPR always heavily congested & Freight keeps heavy blockage for clearance..most train run...

one behind another!! CPR-BUI-BSB is worst with heavy congested single track..DBRT bound Rajdhani cross-over hppn in this section only & once it was idle approx 1 hr for crossing (as forward station blocked by CPR-LJN Exp & other forward by Freight or CPR bound trains)!! & eventually covered the slack till LKO only!! It can cover BSB-NDLS in 11 hrs easily...but if u reduce all slack, u gonna find train always ARR late!!
