Just a thought. If anyone can answer.
I believe that WDP4 series are of higher quality than WDP3A series, so why TVC Raj being hauled by WDP3A being a premium train?

WDP3A is more than sufficient for TVC Raj at present though there have been some rare cases when TVC Raj got EMDs too. And besides, it is a dual cab loco, so, no need to worry about LHF mode :P
