No ... there is no facility to book telescopic tkt on IRCTC go to PRS to avl this benefit

Telescopic ticket and break journey are slightly different even though they both result in a Blank Paper Ticket and both use the concept of Telescopic fares. Break Journey has the 500 km per break journey rule. However telescopic ticket i.e. going from A to B by changing trains at C has no such limitation.
