de_prakash^~ 11154 blog postsDuring 2008, the train had 10-11 coaches. 3-4 HCPV were attached at that time. Now, it is 19 coaches excluding HCPV coaches.
Kanchenjungha now has CC coaches to help day to day Passengers.....CC coaches serves for day long passengers from SDAH to MLDT in UP direction and serves stations from NCB to MLDT in DN direction during day time.In wake of being extended to Silchar,it can get more coaches
It is also useful train for SDAH-BWN-SDAH section for both up and down direction.
Exactly serves as an Intercity point to point.After extension,Guwahati Silchar will also be served on a morning Intercity mode.
