A very good connectivity to Arunachal Pradesh by making NJP as the transit. Will collect passengers from other parts of India, de-boarding at NJP and move to Itanagar (Naharlagun). Rate it please.

Timings are not good.NJP APDJ route doesnt need any IC Connection at thatv time due to trains like Capital,Ranchi Better to have it via NCB which requires a valid IC upto NBQ,KOJ,GHY.And the arrival time at NHLN is also not good.Better to have the NJP dep at around 1.00pm so that NHLN arrival is at around 5.30am.

only reason behind this departure time is that passengers will alight at NJP from other parts of the country (most of the important trains arrive NJP in the morning) and catch this train. Also the sole reason behind this route is to help some tourists, ease the load of NJP-NCB section and to buy some time. So changing the route may not be possible.
2) 5:30 AM arrival is not possible, it is the existing slot of 15617. However, a 12:30-04:00 run is definitely possible and I will change that. Will let you know once done. Thanks.

Welcome!!actually my motive of that timings at NJP and routing it via NCB,NOQ comes from the notion that there is a huge gap after Kamrup departs from NJP and as such no valid train to come upto MCB,NOQ,NBQ,KOJ,GHY.. though we may see different trains when we see the T but they are seldom on time...So better to have it on that so as to facilitate the passengers.So ultimately all the sections are well taken care of People in nbengal,northeast uses SFs,Mails for their Intercity travel so was proposing that!

That will be great!!U will get empty slots during that time as well.But most of the passengers would rather want ti deboard at Rangiya Jn and then take a train to Naharlagun.Dekargaon is served in that way only.But 3.00pm will be better as there are serious dearth of UP trains in that time.
