i had cancelled w/l tkt but getting refund only 10 from 170/-
tkt is booked for 2S diva passanger for 3 passanger
any body clearify the amount 160/- deducted

60x3 = 180 so passenger has to pay extra Rs. 10 (difference of 170 fare paid vs clerkage@60 for 3 = 180) to get WL ticket cancelled :)
He has taken an e-ticket , so it will be even more than Rs.195/- along with IRCTC charges. I don't know how Rs.170/- total came :).
I guess, then 60+60 = 120 deducted and child = Rs.40/- deducted making 160 total deduction, refund is Rs.10 then.
