How can we get update regarding 12864. My relative and elderly person is traveling in this train and no where about after Pakala from NTES. I think his mobile got discharged and not reachable.
12864 is running late by 8 hrs and is expected to arrive rajahmundry by 2000hrs. Pls check arrivals at RJY for details.

Gueas it was diverted on those routes so details not available... NTES just shows arrivals at stations .not a detailed station by station stuff.
