Kindly post in PNR forum for better predictions about the same.
WL15/WL9 means 15 is your serial no. & 9 is your current status(at the time of booking) it means 6 peoples have canceled their tickets by the time you are buying ticket.

For 2morrow's train I have booked my ticket past 1 and half month for 2AC ( Matsyagandha Express ). I got a status of WL2/WL2 but for fresh booking it is showing WL15/WL9. With this should i hold my ticket or should i cancel it?
I have already posted for pnr predictions under it's forum and no is 161834.
