Hello everyone. I need your help guys.
An agent booked a tatkal ticket for me in 12274 Howrah Duronto. The ticket costed for 2495 rupees. But the ticket remained waitlisted at waiting 2. I went to him for the refund, he was returning me Rs 2120 saying that catering charges and some other charges are deducted. Am I cheated guys? Help me guys
