In a bid to achieve their long-pending demand of Kotipalli-Narasapuram railway line, people of Konaseema region under the aegis of the Konaseema Joint Action Committee will take out a ‘padayatra’ along the proposed railway track for three days from November 27. Cutting across the party lines, representatives of all the political parties – including Amalapuram MP from the TDP – are participating in the programme.

Identification of land and make it available is in state govt hand. Even though center announced a project , if state govt failed to give the land means it will think about alternatives. If it roads and railways project will be stopped until they get it.
