How to cancel waiting list ticket (booked via IRCTC) after chart preparation. They are not allowing to cancel ticket or file TDR. How to get refund?

Final waiting list E-ticket(booked via IRCTC) is automatically cancelled by the system & refund process is initiated immediately. The amount is credited to your account in 2 to 4 days depending on your choice of payment mode.
