As per Your Notification Chart Prepare 30 minutes before departure of Train But NF railway Mostly TSK Division prepare chart before 18 hours , For Your Reference one Screen Shot Attached Please Provide How Many Seat was Vacant when i Try To Booked The Ticket From FKG to GHY on 29th Nov 15 For The Travel of 30 Nov15 By Train No 15903 Attachment With INDIAN Railway Time Stamp

acknowledging the receipt of your complaint, it is to inform you that w.e.f. 22.11.2015, Reservation Chart for all train are to be generated two times in the charting location, the 1st chart to be generated automatically four hours in advance of scheduled departure of the train from the station & the last chart generated 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the train. But after preparation of the 1st chart, ticket booking will be continued and the vacant berths will be utilised automatically by the system itself. Hence, in this case, though the ticket is booked from Furkating station but Dibrugarh is the charting location for this train for Furkating station, and the subject train (15903) starts from Dibrugarh at 7 hrs in the morning, so there is no other alternative but to prepare the final chart at 8 pm of the previous day as the working hours of Passenger Reservation System is 08 AM to 8 pm. However, your suggestion is noted sincerely and it is also to intimate that there is process of system development is thought simultaneously by the administrators to facilitate the staff in near future. Nevertheless, inconvenience caused to the valued passenger is deeply regretted.
