friend technically you are right , but if you look at all the train from kanpur to fatehgarh most of the train has average speed of 43km to 48km but still they are said as passenger as well as express.actually this train train as well as kalindi takes one hour less and has less stop compared to passenger train that is why it has been said express train in those area by the people
