Prevention of accidents are much important than punctuality.anyhow both are important.
Preventing accidents is the thing to be given preference first.human lives are precious.
i meant punctuality in reference to accidents, i am a routine traveller here, if puncutlauty is improved, the rush esp in peak hours can be relived partially, ideally wr has a local per 3 min in peak hours, if one train gets delayed the entire tt gets disturd and the delay continues, following this rush increases and the gap between two trains is very much responsible
