not alone RMM even for CAPE there wont be need of dedicated weekly from Bihar. if u run duronto from bihar to anywhere in TN it wont get filled. so u must understand flow of people
if loco changed at MS VM halt time can be reduced and MGS ET can be given 10 mins
RMM untime halt doesnt affect pilgrims but there wont be regular users. no one from bihar going to be work at RMM so i dont think its bad.

Sir railways officials are not fools so that they will launch a duronto between the two destinations..like raptisagar serves and caters a lot of stations in the same way dbg-rmm or dbg-cape too will do the same

route and destinations matter sir. ur train serves as good train for pilgrimage but if u route for cape via TVC the users will be workers.
