God bless this train as it's pretty disappointing to see dirty toilets, littered floor, untidy bogies and seats, etc. etc.
This is out of my experience of yesterday night when train was 3 hours late from Agra to NDLS.
I hope somebody will consider this post seriously and would help in restoring the pride of this Shatabdi.

Due to fog conditions, trains to and from NDLS are running at caution speeds. The delays in arrival of multiple trains, leads to this kind of confusion and not being able to clean trains properly... I am not giving excuses for railways, but that is the ground situation. And I am NOT from the railways. Just an ordinary traveller like you and others. Good wishes.
