Its cz of Average speed symmetrical projection, based of train schedule!!
This keeps SF run at same speed for all pass thru stations (whch practically stands wrong) while Passenger with practical stoppage have different speed for different station combo!!
This create zig-zag where @ some station, pass-thru will bcum earlier while in sme later thn in real, whch lead in consistent OT & Re-OT!!

It's probably because this train ( the Jaipur-Indore slip) is attached to the Ujjain-Indore passenger at Ujjain. Thus while both trains run combined as one single train between Ujjain and Indore, the software here still registers them as 2 different trains ( since the train number is used for identification). Now, the software that calculates the overtakes will consider these as 2 different trains with identical schedule, and will randomly assign "overtake" at a particular station and a overtake by the other train at the next station and so on.
Now i chcked bth trains!!
Although those run attached bt their schedule @ mid stations differs whch lead OT unlimited!!
