the floodgates opened once the Mumbai L.T.T. (LTT)- Howrah (HWH) SAMRASTA Superfast made its way with an ABB GZB's WAP-5. Since then, WAP- 7 had gradually made its way in this stretch in fixed interval, with various trains, like GEETANJALI Superfast, EAST COAST Express, Mumbai DURONTO, JNANESHWARI Superfast, L.T.T.- Shalimar Express, and so on. AJNI and LGD continued to make their presence felt on this stretch.
But on August 15 this year, GZB WAP- 7 made its mark for the first time.

And now, its the turn for BIA to venture in this unknown territory!! Powered by a brand new 30438 BIA WAP- 7, the puny 14 coaches long 12768 Santragachi (SRC)- Hazur Sahib Nanded (NED) Weekly Superfast accelerates furious past Abada (ABB) station on SER's Howrah- Kharagpur stretch after shifting from up main to the reversible track at the previous station.
The train follows the Santragachi- Kharagpur- Tatanagar- Rourkela- Bilaspur- Raipur- Durg- Gondia- Nagpur- Adilabad- Hazur Sahib Nanded route. Even though the regular link is SRC WAP- 4, yet it gets various kinds of links.
