Can someone please guide me as to what is the max weight I can carry along on a journey from delhi to bangalore in 2nd AC.

What is the process for the payment and what are the charges for the extra luggage? Can this be paid at Sarai Rohilla station?
Also how long does the whole process take? That is, how early will I have to turn up at the station?
