So you believe Loco Change would have taken place in just 12 minutes at PNBE?
I Believe Loco Change can Happen at PNBE and Time Can be Added more because of Diversion amd Late Running.
That's why Its corresponding rake 12423 was Rescheduled as 12424 rake arrived late.
