Booked two berths in same Ticket - one is confirmed and other is WL 24 !! How this is possible?

Kindly delete the PNR!!
The allocation been done like: 1 Berth remain available & then WL been assigned to the next possible RL Quota!!
Its no way system will integrate RLWL#1 instantly, cz there may exist other RLWL Quota, already released!!
If u chck out, u gonna find PNVL-ERS, all hav RLWL with same WL marked!! & hence any station combo booking with 1...
