2:30 is not possible with 20 halts. and nothing in its way for the controllers to clear.
Yup no extra pressure for controllers and it can do within 2:30hrs as I've experienced 2:50hrs in SBC-MYS evening pass.
2:50 is definitely doable but 2:30 for pass not possible. main constrain is getting in and out of loop lines at small stations after doubling which kills time for passenger trains with all stops.
According to NTES it took 3:13 min. 16592 took 3 hours and 16022 2:50.
