I had updated on the basis of Urdu which was an official language earlier, but u approved ur post without any proof.
For you Knowledge ,
There are 3 zones in Jharkhand , they are uses 3 different regional language in many stations of Jharkhand .
1. SER uses Bengali & Odiya ( CKP div)
2. ER uses Bengali & Urdu ( Only in Malda Div ) ; Assansol div used both Bengali & Urdu in their stations .
