Grievance Description : The special train no.06541/42 was running as bi-weekly between YPR-PVR via MRJ for many months and earlier the same was running as 06517/18 to MRJ. The train was very useful to many passengers and well recevied. The train is stopped from first week of DEC 2015.Reasons for stopping this train suddenly may be stated and action may be taken to resume the services at the earliest please

Details : Sir, The last service of Train No.06541/06542 Yesvantpur - Pandharpur – Yesvantpur Bi-weekly Special Express was on 25.11.15. The occupancy of this special train was 36% Ex. Yesvantpur and 49% Ex.Pandharpur. It is seen from the occupancy details that the patronization of this train is not encouraging , specials are run only to clear extra rush during festival/summer season. Moreover, not for the entire year. Hence the services is discontinued. Thanking you,
