19131 - Kutch Express, Before some days, i resgistered a complaint against MST holders, even though there is no MST coach in kutch express, one full coach is declared as MST and MST holders not allows normal ticket passengers to board a train, where to complaint about this issue?
I too had faced similar situation in SayajiNagari Exp... what the hell was it.... i was not able to deboard at Valsad. I hardly came out ... thanx to the loco pilot becoz after giving signal also, train was standing for 5 minutes
if any train contains MST coach, thn clearly one sign board is there on coach like "MST", "Pass Dharak", but no such board display on coach and still it is MST.
