12045 NDLS Chandigarh Shatabdi Express will be running with almost 400 Empty seats and only 200 reserved seats for a full next week ahead. I am really afraid why Railways is running this bull shit Train which is a huge loss to Railways and also disturbing the lives of Daily Passengers more then 4000 by overtaking 64461 HNK MEMU and 64471 PNG MEMU.

That means around 50% occupancy.. 12046 is almost 70% full on a weekday so average weekday occupancy is 60% which seems good.. For today's run 12045 is in waiting list..
They are instead hoping that they would get downgraded after chart preparation :) Doing things the hardest way.
Or jo reserve hui unme se bhi kuch to concession vale honge.
Also Today This Train is not going to stop at Karnal.
