In my view, CR will prefer Aurangabad-Chalisgaon line instead of Solapur-Jalgaon line..alteast for now! Since MMR-Dhule-Indore line is approved, this new line along with DHI-INDB new line will give direct short cut connectivity between Aurangabad and Ahemadabad-Gujrat, Indore, Rajasthan and North Indian cities. Will prove extremely useful for DMIC project.
In future CR may consider AWB-SUR via BEED-OSMANABAD railway line avoiding Jalna.
