dont blame the Depot for all the time , have you seen or Travelled in TEN-BSP, TEN-HAPA and TEN-DADAR, all these are well maintained and look clean. these trains are maintained by TEN Depot only
i saw and Travelled in Pothigai express , especially after it crossed MDU, till SCT see how public will misuse the train: cant literally write all those non-senses
