What is the cancellation charge for ticket bought from irctc website and it was waiting when chart was prepared and hence auto cancelled.?It is 2S sitting.
Can board general, provided the new ticket should take from the counter.

wl ticket booked from irctc after chart preparation if its still wl gets dropped you cant travel with that in other words you cant even enter platform with that ticket.
