it is very important to get a new duronto from palakkad to mumbai.its been very difficult for people to reach mumbai comfortably.on keeping a duronto with LHB rake will solve this problem.it may be via konkan or coimbatore.if it is made its gonna help a lot of people .also there are very less no of trains originating from palakkad,eventhough its a division.incredible palakkad!!!!!!!!!11
duronto will be flop, railway dont even consider duronto demand these days..
There are no pit lines etc for maintenance hence trains starting from Palakkad is never going to happen. Already there is a train from CBE to LTT daily @ 8am. Maybe another one can be introduced via konkan railway or else increae the frequency of Tirunelveli-Dadar which takes only 24 hrs from Palakkad to Dadar
the cbe ltt daily train takes arround 30 hours to reach ltt.so an duronto or ac express from cbe will help to reach more quickly.
