The Section and Route Speed Restrictions create problem for speed. That's why Average is 62 kmph
It's dense bro. Right now I'm in a very busy area and visibility is so poor that the road light next to my window is faded and looking blurred.
ya u r rite at ur place...but my sense is in terms of railway performance ...if train is running at an avg which is now corrected to 70 kmph for 12309...then i wont saay it is really dense...it is good enough visibility
the general avg for ald to cnb for rajdhani and 12394/12393 is almost 100kmph
train already 50 min late.. subah hote hote 2 hour delay ho sakta hai
