Lodged a public grievance -
Everyday, To get information about Re-scheduled time of train 12401 Magadh Express, passengers need to spend money (Rs.2 per minute charged on 139 / Internet Data usage charges etc).
Either, the re-scheduled timings of the train shall be sent to the passengers mobile (Reserved ticket holders). Or, a Fixed Re-scheduled time shall be published. :P

Yes, Ideally that should be followed by IR.
In FOG / winters, it will be quite helpful for the passengers.

compare to reservation charges it is double when we cancel a reserved ticket.
