Details : आपके सुझाव पर विचार किया गया, परंतु लोको के बदलने से समस्या का समाधान नही हो पायेगा क्योंकि दोनो लोको की पावर समान है और WAP-4 की स्पीड पोटेंशियल WAP-7 लोको की तुलना में ज्यादा है. विलम्बन का कारण WAP-4 लोको नही है. अत: लोको बदलने की आवश्यकता नही है.
