YPR-MAS-BZA:
I booked an auto from brigade road for Bangalore city station or as its called in local area "majestic station". It cost me 120 Rs. And i think it was fair enough as i was having 2 big trolleys with me also plus my back pack. From SBC, i searched for any train and to my luck there was a SBC-HUP demu type passenger. It was already placed at Pf 9. I bought a general ticket and boarded it. Train was nearly empty. At exact 17:45 pm it

left SBC. I was just praying god not to bring rains as i don't wish to be get drenched. But just the train crossed MWM, heavy rains started. Somehow train reached YPR by 18:00 hr on Pf 2. I alighted and ran to Pf 1. On Pf 1 my dream train "YPR HWH SF" was standing and smiling at me and Mocking me "see, i will be directly going to your home. But you reach home after some dakshin bharat darshan."
Moreover the rains were not claming down. God knows what wrong has happened. I deposited my luggage at cloak room situated at pf 1 near the waiting rooms and sat calmly inside the SL class waiting room. The person sitting outside was Waiting room was asking every person who going inside with Rs 2 for using the toilets.
YPR HWH Sf left on its time and within its departure i saw a huge amount of crowd getting on Pf 1. I was surprised to see which train was it coming. And exactly at 20:30 hr, the "real duranto" 12649 Karnataka Sampark kranti entered. I think some kind of school or college trip was going , thats why i felt like around 1000-1200 people were present. Young people were boarding and family members were bidding byes.
Amidst of all this , i did my dinner at the Nitu's kitchen after getting good reviews from our other members.
At about 21:30 hr i went to Pf 5 for my train 12291. Here the scene was totally opposite as compared to Pf 1. It was all silent and empty. 12291 was already place on Pf but the doors were closed. The doors got opened at about 22:20 hrs. Inside the train was brilliant. Coaches were not new, but still very well maintained and clean. Toilets were dry and SL coaches were stink-proof.
On that day it got RPM WAP 7 as offlink. Next the journey was good and without any happenings.
It arrived MAS before time on Pf 3. It was very humid and hot at MAS as compared to cold and chilly atmosphere of Bangalore. But was happy that there was no rains and water logging at MAS.
I did my breakfast (no surprise;Idli-sambhar only) and went to Pf 2 to catch BZA JS. On Pf 1, the queen MYS shatabdi was standing. My coach was came C1. In my coach C1, out of 73 seats, 13 were booked for NGNT. Out of rest 60 seats, exactly 45 including me were for BZA and 10 were till ongole which again got filled up for OGL-BZA stretch.
2 were reserved for TTE and rest 3 were for NLR. Seats which got vacant at NLR were remained vacant only and TTE alloted them to general ticket holders with excess fare.
Coach was bit old but still affordable to be used for this 400+ km journey.
But the speed was awesome. It was just like a tiny bullet train and arrived BZA exactly 14:30 hr on pf 10. On that day, all trains were arriving Before time. Coromandel arrived BZA on Pf 1 at 14:45 hr.
Next journey was in Eastcoast express and seriously saying, it was my 2nd worst journey in AC class (Most worst was in avadh assam exp).
Coach was B3. It was 2010 made and was having brand new body, but was in very poor state of condition due to poorest maintenance by SER. The AC vent was broken and my seat was next to it only (No 62). The co-passengers were going to biharis and were very pathetic and rude (no offence to biharis ). Spitting on the floor itself and were not even allowing to sit on Lower berth. It was already so chilly inside and plus these kind of "idiots" travelling, i got frustrated and went to Door for some railfanning. The train was not going not that speed. I think it was not even touching MPS throughout the journey from BZA-RJY.
Somehow i reached BLS on time and bid farewell to this pathetic train. I promised myself for never ever again travel in this train for long journey.

Pic 4: Broken AC vent of 18646 Eastcoast. It was giving chilled wind just like a blower.
