Tamilnadu express should be converted to LHB now considering its importance... More trains that should be converted are according to me..

TN has been waiting, waiting, waiting..., but as someone said GT and MAS-NZM Duru should be given as well.
You missed Shan-E-Bhopal exp. SEB deserves LHB since it runs over 140 certified route.
Better wait for HOG locos to get ready before converting all trains to LHB. Or else it will be a huge increase in diesel expenditure for the railways and increased pollution all along the route. Even increasing the capacity of the route can speed up these trains. Even safety wise, trains like TN and AP, having CBC rakes are comparable to LHB rakes (Not as good, but safe enough in case of accidents). With IR struggling for revenue, it should not be burdened with increased running cost of trains due to diesel EOG cars.
