This photo taken on 4th Jan 2016 amply describes the state of affairs of this very important station. The cow is standing (almost touching) in front of 12519 LTT KYQ Express even as the train has started to move. Sorry for the poor resolution.

agreed MGS is dirty... not sure when are these clicked...
last week came to JP by NWR Prince SDAH AII, arrived MGS on PF 7, bt that was clean... not dirty like this...
yes comparing with last 3 yrs the overall cleanliness of trains on board & PFs have deteriorated in leaps & bounce...
sadly this is the condition of ECR Div...
