Sir you seem to underestimate Moradabad.
It is the most busiest station on that route.
Almost all the trains passing through here halt for a minimum of 10-15 minutes here.

i personally dont think such long dedicated trains require 10 mins at MB...
5-7 mins is enough for one which is having GHY & NJP tech halts..

nice concept. . but thinking abut NJP & GHY tech halt would be feasible or not!
