The extension of 12816 (nandan Kanan SF) can easily be extended to HSR by not distrubing its existing TT (NDLS-PURI) and further it provide the only connectivity to PURI for NDLS-ROK-BNW-HSR route (passenegr from BTI-SSA-JHL-JIND-NARWANA-RE also will found connectivity).
Reason behind Ext to HSR is CCC of HSR (would be completed in...

Actually acc to ur reason... 12555/56 should not be extended to ROK/BNW/HSR..it wud be extended to ASR/JP/JAT....
But acc to my view....presently it is a Hit train of NER
